Project 3
This Simmons Bank commercial project was drawn by Lance Ware of Ware Drafting & Design while working at CADM Architecture, Inc.
Lance Ware worked at CADM for over nine years where he learned valuable experience in the architectural field.
This project is located in El Dorado, Arkansas where Ware Drafting & Design started in 2006 as a part time business.

Project 4
This Ware Drafting & Design project is located in Eagle Rock, Missouri. Location is not an issue for Ware Drafting & Design as can be seen from this project's location compared to the location Ware Drafting & Design started doing business.
Lance Ware has worked on projects all across the United States. He has worked on projects as far West as California, as far East and South as Florida, and as far North as Wisconsin. However, he has primarily worked on projects in the South.
This project involves a remodel of an existing old home and an addition to the old home. It is an unique new addition in that the remodeled part of the existing home will be used by the client's children while they are attending the University of Arkansas; the addition and the existing home will be attached by a covered outdoor hallway that will be closed off from the outside with exterior doors.
The lake house is within reasonable driving range of the University which will make for great memories for the owners of the home as they enjoy time with their children when their children visit as they attend college; also, looking ahead in life, they hope to enjoy time with their children and grandchildren as their children have children of their own.
This is a more recent project which has not concluded the construction process. Therefore, Ware Drafting & Design does not currently have after construction photos.

Project 5
Blake & Morgan Watson came to Ware Drafting & Design with dreams of a new home designed to have similarities to the 2019 HGTV Dream Home. However, they wanted their new home to have an all new design to itself which we accomplished.
